3. NO GUARANTEES AS TO RESULTS:
You agree that House Of Vells Studio has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended on this Website or not. House Of Vells Studio provides tools and informational resources that are intended to help users of this Website succeed.
You nevertheless recognise that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of House Of Vells Studio.
You also recognise that prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Thus, the results obtained by others – whether clients of House Of Vells Studio or otherwise – applying the principles set out in this Website are no guarantee that you or any other person or entity will be able to obtain similar results.
Custom Requests:
1. CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE
The client has full authority to provide and obtain all necessary information and approvals throughout this project. The client represents that he has full power and authority to enter into this agreement and that it is binding upon House Of Vells Studio and himself and enforceable in accordance with its terms.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client will provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials to House Of Vells Studio. The client guarantees that he has all the necessary rights and ownership in such materials to permit House Of Vells Studio to use them for the project.
3. CLIENT APPROVALS
The client will approve and proofread all final designs, type, press proofs and test sites. House Of Vells Studio will make all efforts to ensure that no information is misrepresented. However, the client assumes all responsibility for content. House Of Vells Studio does not take responsibility for any errors after client’s approval of any artwork.
4. CLIENT CHANGES
To avoid errors, text changes and corrections will not be taken over the telephone and must be provided electronically via email. Any text with extensive changes must also be provided as marked up hard copy, indicating the revised text. Artwork design includes two changes. Any additional changes will be charged at an hourly rate.
5. LENGTH OF STORAGE
House Of Vells Studio agrees to store all final electronic files created for the client for a maximum of one month.
6. FILE REQUIREMENTS
If the client has specific requirements for how project files must be prepared, he must communicate this, in writing, to House Of Vells Studio before the project begins.
